20 East End Avenue

Recently completed, 20 East End Avenue is a 41-unit luxury condominium located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. After acquiring the fifteen thousand square foot lot (from City University of New York), Corigin hired renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern to evolve the space. Taking inspiration from the great classic architecture from the 1920s and 1930s, A.M. Stern designed an elevated apartment home that could also meet the demands of today’s buyers with contemporary form and function.

The building’s amenity package includes a full-time door attendants, car valet and concierge, a wine cellar with a dining/tasting room, a library lounge with an adjacent billiards room and bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a massage room and sauna, a children’s playroom, and dedicated bicycle and storage lockers.

The building’s façade highlights its pre-war references and its attention to detail with handset brick and limestone. Classic architecture is further celebrated with 11’ to 13’ ceiling heights and a rare courtyard porte-cochère with a fountain and landscaping. The 41 homes are finished with quartersawn Appalachian white oak flooring, custom casings, base and crown moldings, Caldia Classico marble, Brazilian quartzite, and appliances and fixtures from Gaggenau, Toto, and Lefroy Brooks.

The Element

The Element, located in Manhattan’s Lincoln Square on the Upper West Side, consists of 198 luxury condominium residences across the 410-foot tower. Designed by SLCE Architects, its glass façade provides residents with both impeccable Hudson River views and panoramic views of Manhattan.

The Element’s amenity package includes three mosaic-tiled pools, a yoga studio, Olympic-size squash and basketball courts, an outdoor playground and 12,000 square feet of private landscaped grounds--in addition to personal concierge, wine, valet and sommelier services.
